STOUT ADVENTURES POLICIES
Pre-trip meetings are MANDATORY. We cover a lot of important information at the meeting that is necessary for you properly prepare.

If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to the trip, clinic, program or event you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

If a trip, clinic, program or event is canceled by Stout Adventures, a full refund will be given. Reasons for cancellation by Stout Adventures include, but are not limited to low registration numbers, weather and leader illness.

Stout Adventures reserves the right to change or modify a trip, clinic, program or event.

Stout Adventures trips operate within a Cooperative Adventure Philosophy. Meaning that volunteer trip leaders plan and facilitate a safe experience, however trip participants are required to actively participate in duties such as setting up tents, cooking meals, etc.

Stout Adventures operates its programs Drug and Alcohol Free. These substances are not permitted at any point during a trip, clinic, program or event. If a person(s) are found to be in violation of this policy, the Stout Adventures leaders will remove you from the group and arrange for your return to Stout at your own expense. You will then face disciplinary action by the University.
